Very useful for better SEO…!

Due to repeated abuse of Google’s mechanical algorithms like Meta keywords, title tag keywords and keyword based search, Google stopped relying much on these signals and metrics rather it is relying much on metrics and signals that are coming from social media spaces and some third party neutral sources. I agree that the way we do SEO has changed a lot since arrival of Google penguin update and Google Knowledge graph update. The SEO should be now content and user-oriented and not link oriented or in other words we can say that search has now become more contextual rather than textual. Here is a nice article on Google knowledge graph that you can go through! http://on.fb.me/NbHFv9

Infographics is just for the visitors to provide information in a graphical way. None of the search engine algorithm raised their level to read text from graphics.
Yet applying a infographics can reduce the bounce rate because nobody wants to read more but graphics always seduce the eyeball of everybody.
Jun 05, 2012 @ 10:26:59
@kanhaiya It is not about satisfying and seducing search engine algorithm or mechanical bots. It’s about seducing human visitors. It is true that search engine bots couldn’t read images and graphics but the fact is that Infographics are not meant for search engines at all. Infact Infographic gained traction and attention after launch of Google penguin update and introduction of platforms like pinterest. In fact link building is a dead phenomenon and every SEO should realize this fact that their jobs has now upgraded to “Digital Media Strategist” and you have to work as an Internet marketer, focusing much on the content and user-experience. And when it comes to user-experience there could be nothing much better than Infographic marketing. Hence I am in total support of Infographic and I strongly believe that in upcoming days this is going to be one of the the major Digital marketing technique!

@kanhaiya The use of infographic to communicate with the audiences can help in drawing traffic in a website.

Well it’s true that there are multiple reasons that an infographic is beneficial. An infographic supports a strong web presence. If you don’t already have a strong web presence for your brand within your niche, you have more important things to worry about.

Now there is Penguin update and Google panda update, it is very difficult to say which SEO practice wont have adverse effect, Since with both updates many genuine websites were affected.
Jun 11, 2012 @ 12:37:43
@share market Panda update targeted spam and content farms. Penguin targeted sites that were not genuine but PRETENDED to be genuine. Any site that was good yet hit could be reported on their online form and almost got fixed in latest 1.1 update.
